La confianza financiera requiere tiempo y paciencia, pero se puede ganar con un poco de ayuda también. Esther’s Tax Service existe para servir a la comunidad hispana y enseñar que el sistema de impuestos no es indomable.
“Se les invita a los clientes nuevos y también a mis clientes que han estado conmigo por mucho tiempo. Se les agradece. Aquí van a tener servicio totalmente en español y estamos aquí los 7 días de la semana.”
Dueña del negocio Esther Guerra tiene más de una década de experiencia preparando impuestos. “Yo tengo más de 12 años siendo preparadora de impuestos, mi enfoque más que nada es en la comunidad hispana. Ayudo normalmente a iniciar negocios y a servir su declaración de impuestos.”
Organización es lo más importante cuando quiere recuperara la confianza financiera. Tiene que conocer sus gastos y reconocer dónde va sus ganancias.
“La mayor necesidad que yo he visto es mas que nada educar a la gente de cómo llevar bien y claro sus cuentas,” ella dijo. “Yo me paso mas el tiempo tratando de educar de cómo llevar una contabilidad casi perfecta.”
Esther’s Tax Service también ofrece otros servicios, los cuales están disponibles a todo tiempo. “Yo tambien soy notaría pública. Como hago el servicio aquí de mi casa, estoy disponible al horario de la gente, al momento que ellos me ocupan.”
El fin de DACA tuvo a mucha gente hispana preocupada, pero Guerra recomienda seguir adelante y estar pendiente con sus responsabilidades.
“Continúen haciendo sus impuestos,” ella dijo. “El número de seguro se va a quedar establecido por siempre, entonces no dejen de hacer sus impuestos.”
“Me parece algo muy triste verdad, porque mucha gente ya empezó hacer su vida. Compraron sus casas, empezaron sus familias, y muchos tienen una carrera empezada. Muchos de los jóvenes que yo he platicado piensan que ya se termino, pero yo pienso que algo más grande está por llegar, y que no se den por vencidos. A lo mejor alli viene.”

Financial confidence takes time and patience, but you can gain it with a bit of help as well. Esther’s Tax Service exists to serve the hispanic community and make people understand that the tax system can be tamed.
“I invite new clients and my clients that have been with me for a long time. Thank you. Here, you’ll get service completely in Spanish and we’re here 7 days a week.”
Business Owner Esther Guerra has more than a decade of experience preparing taxes. “I have more than 12 years filing taxes, my focus is with the Hispanic community more than anything. I normally help start businesses and helping with declaring their taxes.”
Organization is the most important aspect of regaining financial confidence. You have to know your spending and recognize where your earnings go.
“The biggest necessity that I’ve seen is above all educating people on how to carry your accounts clean and clear,” she said. “I spend more time trying to educate on how to handle an almost perfect accountability.”
Esther’s Tax Service also offers other services, which are available at any time. “I also am a public notary. Since I do all the services here from home, I’m available at the people’s schedule, at any moment they keep me busy.”
The end of DACA had many hispanic people worried, but Guerra recommends marching forward and be conscious of your responsibilities.
“Keep doing your taxes,” she said. “Your insurance number is established and kept forever, so never stop doing your taxes.”
“I think it’s something very sad, because many people have already began their lives. They’ve bought homes, started families and many have an established career. Many young people that I’ve talked with think it’s over, but I think there’s something much bigger coming, so don’t give up. It’ll come.”
