Oklahoma City Public Schools is composed of 58.6% Hispanic, 19% Black, 12% Caucasian, and a small mixture of Asian and Native Americans. More than 75% of these students represent struggling segments of our society in desperate need of quality education. Unfortunately, they are not getting it and have not for years.
