Cámara de Comercio Hispana Okc PROMOVIENDO LIDERAZGO LATINO
Oklahoma City. - Con gran entusiasmo finalizó la décima primera clase de liderazgo organizado por la Cámara de Comercio Hispana de Oklahoma. Los asistentes jóvenes latinos que están laboran en las diferentes compañías de la ciudad que tuvieron la oportunidad de participar, se informaron y reconocieron el trabajo significativo, que muchas de las organizaciones en el estado de Oklahoma desarrollan, para mejorar a las comunidades menos favorecidas, con pocas oportunidades, entre las que se señala la comunidad Hispana.
El tiempo pasa y Oklahoma está en la necesidad de nuevos líderes, de gente joven, con una visión actualizada, con ideales acordes al tiempo y a los requerimientos de esta generación, para que dejen su influencia positiva en el desarrollo de esta ciudad y del estado.
“Las clases de liderazgo se enfocan en poner en la visión de los participantes, los diferentes caminos de servicio que hay, así como también las posibilidades y la responsabilidad que como ciudadanos tienen, al ser parte de ellas y poner un poco de esfuerzo, para salir adelante, mejorando el nivel de vida de la población menos favorecida.
“Creemos que, a través de estas clases, los profesionales participantes, han recibido una visión clara de los principales servicios en la ciudad y han sido perfectamente motivados a ser parte de ellos, a fin de que nuestra sociedad, avance y sea atendida en forma eficiente conforme la ley lo autoriza” dijo Dra. Carmen Romo -Integris Health, miembro del comité de Liderazgo de la Cámara de Comercio Hispana en la ciudad de Oklahoma
“Esta fue una clase increíble que trabajó y se unió para apoyarse mutuamente. Tendrán toda una vida de conexiones. Fue un placer conocerlos y presentarlos en la ceremonia de graduación” dijo David Catillo-presidente de la Cámara de Comercio en OKC. Los profesionales graduados de la Clase XI son:
“Los Hispanos somos la población de mayor crecimiento en la nación, y en Oklahoma, por lo que cada vez necesitamos muchas más personas que se interesen por el servicio comunitario, hay oportunidad para más líderes, lo importante es que se preparen y tomen esta gran responsabilidad de servicio.”
‘Hago un llamado a las organizaciones, corporaciones y negocios a motivar a sus trabajadores a inscribirse a estas clases “LLOKC”, las cuales ofrecen las herramientas necesarias para ser miembros activos dentro de la comunidad”, dijo Norma Condreay-Editor El Latino American, miembro del Comité de Liderazgo de la Cámara de Comercio Hispana en la ciudad de Oklahoma
