02 October 2026 04:51Effective leadership is something that can be developed through consistent learning, practice, and feedback. leadership development programs can help managers and emerging leaders improve decision-making, communication, emotional intelligence, delegation, and conflict management. I think organisations benefit most when these programs are connected to real workplace challenges rather than being treated as a one-time training session.
