VACUNA PFIZER APROBADA PARA NIÑOS DE 5 A 11 AÑOS DE EDAD
Oklahoma City.- El Departamento de Salud de Oklahoma City-County (OCCHD) informó a través de un comunicado de prensa que muy pronto comenzará a administrar la vacuna Pfizer COVID-19 para niños de 5 años o más cuando llegue la vacuna. Se espera que la vacuna de Pfizer para niños llegue la semana del 8 de noviembre.
Los CDC han aconsejado que los padres y tutores deben buscar citas de vacunación COVID de su pediatra o farmacéutico debido a la relación existente con la familia.
El departamento de salud subrayó que cuando el OCCHD reciba la vacuna para los niños de 5-11 años de edad, las citas estarán disponibles a través de las clínicas de salud de OCCHD durante el horario regular de la clínica.
En las clínicas de salud de OCCHD, los clientes solo pueden hacer una cita en las clínicas tres días antes de la fecha de la cita solicitada. También en las clínicas de OCCHD, los niños que necesitan otras vacunas infantiles, incluida la vacuna contra la gripe, pueden recibir esas vacunas durante su cita de vacunación contra el COVID-19.
