Fecha límite para solicitar préstamo federal por desastre
Oklahoma. - – La directora Tanya N. Garfield, del Centro de Operaciones de Campo para Desastres-Oeste de la Administración de Pequeñas Empresas de los Estados Unidos, recordó hoy a las organizaciones privadas sin fines de lucro de Oklahoma la fecha límite del 21 de septiembre de 2021 para solicitar un préstamo federal por desastre de la SBA por lesiones económicas causadas por una tormenta invernal severa que ocurrió del 26 al 29 de octubre de 2020. Las organizaciones privadas sin fines de lucro que brindan servicios esenciales de naturaleza gubernamental son elegibles para recibir asistencia.
Según Garfield, las organizaciones privadas sin fines de lucro elegibles de cualquier tamaño pueden solicitar préstamos por desastre por lesiones económicas de la SBA de hasta $2 millones para ayudar a satisfacer las necesidades de capital de trabajo causadas por el desastre. "Los préstamos por desastre por lesiones económicas se pueden usar para pagar deudas fijas, nómina, cuentas por pagar y otras facturas que no se pueden pagar debido al impacto del desastre. La asistencia por lesiones económicas está disponible independientemente de si la organización privada sin fines de lucro sufrió algún daño a la propiedad", dijo Garfield.
Estos préstamos federales por desastre a bajo interés están disponibles en Alfalfa, Blaine, Caddo, Canadian, Cleveland,
Comanche, Custer, Dewey, Ellis, Garfield, Grady, Grant, Jackson, Kay, Kingfisher, Kiowa, Lincoln, Logan, Major, McClain, Noble, Oklahoma, Pawnee, Payne, Pottawatomie, Roger Mills, Stephens, Tillman y Washita.
La tasa de interés es de 2.75 por ciento con plazos de hasta 30 años. Los montos y términos de los préstamos son establecidos por la SBA y se basan en la condición financiera de cada solicitante.
