Las mentiras que te dices… y te crees

“No hay peor ciego que el que no quiere ver”. Este viejo refrán le cae como anillo al dedo a muchas mujeres que se engañan con pretextos para no tener que actuar o cambiar. He aquí las mentiras más comunes que se dicen las mujeres a sí mismas:
Mañana lo hago: ¡Esta es la más popular! Todas en algún momento postergamos. El problema es cuando se convierte en costumbre. Bien sea regresar a la escuela, emprender un negocio, o dejar una mala relación, se conforman con la expresión: "Después lo haré". El mejor momento para empezar un proyecto, hacer un cambio o acabar con una mala situación es hoy, ¡no mañana!
Un poquito más no me va a hacer daño: Esta mentira las usamos en muchas áreas de la vida como: “una cucharadita más de ese pastel no me va a matar”, "comprarme un par de zapatos más no me va a dejar en la ruina”. Ese poquito más de cualquier cosa que no te conviene, te puede perjudicar. Si te da la tentación de hacer algo que no es bueno para ti, ten fuerza de voluntad y di “¡no me conviene!” Siempre que quieras un poquito más de algo, asegúrate que sea un poquito más de salud, paciencia o un poquito más de amor.
Estoy confundida: Esta mentira la empleas cada vez que tienes que tomar una decisión importante pero no te atreves hacerlo. Un ejemplo en el amor es cuando una mujer tiene que decidir si quedarse o no en una relación. El miedo a tomar la decisión incorrecta incita a cualquier mujer a decir: “no sé qué hacer…estoy confundida”. El antídoto al miedo es tener fe en que la decisión que tomes será la correcta.
Las mujeres se dicen estas mentiras debido a la falta de confianza en sí mismas. Quienes poseen seguridad enfrentan la verdad, por eso, te motivo a que te sinceres y dejes las mentiras a un lado. Espero que prestes atención a estos consejos, y si no, hay otro refrán que te caerá como anillo al dedo: “no hay peor sordo que el que no quiere oír.
