TINKER FEDERAL CREDIT UNION OPENS NEW BRANCH IN CHOCTAW
CHOCTAW – Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) recently opened a new branch at 2183 N. Harper Street, near the corner of NE 23rd Street and Harper Street. The branch features an innovative design and new technology. The new design includes a community room that is available for public use both during business hours and for after-hours meetings and a coffee shop with a drive-thru. Additionally, the branch features self-service technology and in-person services tailored to member preferences.
A new service we offer is ITMs, or Interactive Teller Machines,” said Matthew Downing, VP of Research and Delivery at TFCU. “Members are able to make cash and check deposits in the drive-thru lane, using an ITM to talk with a video advisor via video stream.” And, when a video advisor is unavailable, the machine still offers 24-hour ATM service in each drive-thru lane.
“We’re happy to now have a full-service branch in the Choctaw community,” said Cedric Gadson, Choctaw’s branch manager. “We’re ready to serve our members in the area.”
Tinker Federal Credit Union is the largest credit union in Oklahoma, with $5 billion in assets and over 412,000 members.
