Joe Cooper es un negocio local de familia que ha estado en el estado de Oklahoma por más de 50 años. Establecido en 1946 el hijo del fundador Joe Cooper se dedicó a seguir el legado. “El aprecia mucho a la gente hispana. Le gusta el ambiente, le gusta la cultura, le gusta conocer de la familia hispana,” dijo Alma Anguiano.
