FECHA LÍMITE DEL PROGRAMA DE CRÉDITO TRIBUTARIO POR ELECCIÓN DE LOS PADRES

Oklahoma.- La fecha límite para la consideración prioritaria en el programa de Crédito Tributario por Elección Parental de Oklahoma se acerca rápidamente. Las solicitudes deben presentarse antes del sábado 19 de abril de 2025 a las 9:00 a.m. CST para recibir un procesamiento prioritario. Este per’iodo de prioridad está destinado a los solicitantes cuyo ingreso Bruto Ajustado (AGI) Federal del hogar no supere los $150,000, seg’un el año fuscal 2023.

Las solicitudes pueden preentarse a través del portal en línea de la Comisión Tributaria de Oklahoma en OkTAP. Cada estudiante require una solicitud por separado y necesitará un Número de Verificación de Inscriptión(EVN) de la escuela privada a la que asiste o planea asistir  su hijo. El período de de solicitud permanecerá Abierto hasta el 15 de julio de 2025, pero presentar la solicitud antes de la fecha límite de prioriadad garantiza un procesamiento más rápido y aumenta la posibilidad de recibir el crédito.

PARENTAL CHOICE TAX CREDIT PROGRAM DEADLINE 

Oklahoma.- The deadline for priority consideration in Oklahoma's Parental Choice Tax Credit program is fast approaching. Applications must be submitted by Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. CST to receive premium processing. This priority period is intended for applicants whose Federal Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) household does not exceed $150,000, according to the 2023 fiscal year.

Applications can be submitted through the Oklahoma Tax Commission's online portal at OkTAP. Each student requires a separate application and will need an Enrollment Verification Number (EVN) from the private school your child attends or plans to attend. The application period will remain open until July 15, 2025, but applying before the prioritization deadline ensures faster processing and increases the chance of receiving the credit.
