Oklahoma City. - The Oklahoma Cine Latino Film Festival promotes the Latino Cultural impact on Cinema in the United States focusing on a unique mix of filmmakers, artists, film lovers and history at the heart of the Hispanic Community at Historic Capitol Hill. “Join us for the 6th annual OKCine Latino Film Festival: Opening Night. A red-carpet event at the majestic and newly renovated Yale OKC Theater!” said Rogelio Almeida-Founder of Oklahoma Latino Film Festival 

Enjoy compelling films from emerging & established filmmakers from the U.S., Spain, Mexico, and Latin America. You will have the chance to meet the filmmakers as they share their films and experiences. Also, you'll also have the opportunity to meet the young filmmakers who participated in the Youth Film Workshop: Class VI. The 5-week program gives the students hands-on experience in the film industry. Their completed short films will be showcased during the OKCine Film Festival!

And after enjoying a great variety of films, you are invited to dance the night away with the amazing live performance by Latin Mojo Band, one of the hottest bands in the Latin scene! 

Food & drinks will also be available at the venue.

FREE OKCINE LATINO FILMS

Saturday, March 7th | 12:00-5:00pm | Capitol Hill Library, 327 SW 27th, OKC, OK 73109

The 2nd day is FREE and open to the public and will feature "International Films and Documentaries" from across Latin American countries. “We are honored to serve as a platform where the exquisite work of Latino filmmakers can be showcased and celebrate them as great examples to other aspiring filmmakers who dream of high regards” said Rogelio Almeida.

Come experience visual storytelling while supporting aspiring filmmakers at the OKCine Latino Film Festival, Friday March 6th and 7th at Calle Dos Cinco in Historic Capitol Hill.
