Receta de la Semana: Panquecas de Pastel de Calabazas
Ingredientes:
• 1 taza de harina todo uso
• 2 ¼ cdts de polvo para hornear
• 1 cdt de canela
• 1 cdt de especia de calabaza
• 1 cdt de azúcar
• 1 huevo
• 1 taza de leche 1% baja en grasas
• 1 cdt de extracto de vainilla
• ½ taza de calabaza enlatada
• Aceite en aerosol
Preparacion:
1. En un tazón grande, combinar todos los ingredientes secos y mezclar bien. Agregar los ingredientes líquidos en el tazón con los otros ingredientes y combinar hasta que no queden grumos.
2. Calentar un sartén grande a fuego bajo. Cubrir ligeramente la sartén con aceite en aerosol y echar ¼ de taza de la mezcla de la panqueca. Voltearlas cuando comiencen a salir las burbujas a la panqueca. Preparar un total de 6 panquecas.
